CCWRRF Administration Building is a 19,000 sf building that has three laboratories (Wastewater, Water and Microbiology) and an interior safe room. This building has incorporated the use of sustainable resources: vegated roof system, GEO thermal well field for complete building HVAC, rainwater harvesting for landscape irrigation as well as a solar array system that feeds power back to the City and sells back power.
