AGCOK 84th Annual Build Oklahoma Awards
Several members of Stillwater, OK based Lambert Construction Company and several distinguished guests attended the Association of General Contractors of Oklahoma (AGCOK) 84th annual Build Oklahoma awards ceremony in Tulsa, OK where Lambert Construction Company received an unprecedented three Build Oklahoma Awards.
Awards received were for the following projects:
Stillwater Surgery Center, Stillwater, OK in the $5M – $10M Healthcare category. This 4-phase project consisted of a 7,700 sf addition along with a 5,500 sf interior renovation of an existing healthcare facility. The project added 3 new endoscopy surgery suites, 1 new OR surgery suite and 8 new pre-op/post-op rooms, new decontamination and clean-work rooms, new administration offices and new waiting and check-in reception areas. The exterior was updated with new, modern architectural features. Lambert Construction is proud of our continued success in constructing top-of-the line healthcare facilities in our community, many with this repeat client. Sac and Fox Blackhawk Health Center in Stroud, OK, in the “$10M – 20M Healthcare-Native” category. This project was comprised of a 24,000 sf addition and the renovation of an existing 12,000 sf facility. The upgraded clinic includes the addition of critical healthcare services for the Sac and Fox Nation. Expanded services include health and wellness training spaces, new x-ray technologies, physical therapy, dental care and a new pharmacy. Katie Hulsenga with Studio 45 Architects was the architect.
KidSpace Park, Shawnee, OK in the “Up to $5M Recreational” category. This park ranks in the top 5 of Oklahoma’s largest playground parks for family entertainment. KidSpace Park encompasses several distinct areas including areas specific to 2–5-year-olds as well as 5–12-year-old children. The park’s amenities include walking trails, a basketball court, pickleball courts, multiple slides, climbing structures, a sprint track, and a ninja course among others. This state-of-the-art playground will enhance the quality of life for the Shawnee community for years to come. PDG Planning Design Group was the architect.
