A 90,000 sf plant replacement / expansion included a custom designed pre-engineered metal building which attached to two sides of the existing plant. Critical site logistics for new construction operations were required so as not to impede ongoing plant operations. The construction management agreement included all mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes of work.
