MoJo's Rock'n'Bowl Grill is a 4,000 sf expansion and renovation of the original and famed Joseppi's Italian Restaurant in Stillwater. The addition required the removal and salvage of numerous valuable architectural stone and art elements. The structure for the expansion consisted of load bearing split face CMU and Class A structural steel. The interior finish-out included the incorporation of salvage stone from the historic Gallagher-Iba Arena at Oklahoma State University. The project scope also included multiple upgrades to the kitchen.
